Re: Calvinism
m273p15c. I see. I think that there two variants on this because James White seems to state that man has no free will whatsoever and God chooses on whomever He chooses. But I understand the deeper assumption. Essentially, the calvinist believes that God can do whatever He wishes and that God imposes...

thank you for encouragement and I agree with you that the scriptures is the truth to set a person free. And coming from love is important as Jesus taught. Calvinism and Reformed Theology - A "different gospel"?

Do you think that Calvinist teachings preach a different Gospel? A different Jesus? The more I read about the teachings of Calvinism and its assump...

Calvinistic beliefs re salvation by grace
Good day! I am hoping that you can help me. You see, I found this really great website (or so I thought?), and in their statement of faith, they say they believe that salvation is strictly by grace, however, when I reviewed their section on Evangelism, I found that they recommended Ray Comfort (who ...

Genesis 3:1 - nature and form of "The Beast", or serpent
I have heard it taught, and I am having difficulty with it, that the beast of the field could actually speak or and that it moved about from an upright position as man. Also taught that when cursed by God, that it was not made to move about on its belly but made to walk in the fashion of apes or mon...

Is Tithing Applicable in New Testament?
I have a question. Tithing was a common practice in the old testament, and even then people tithed with food and harvests as opposed to money. What is the role of tithing in the context of the new testament and is it still applicable?

Hi Just read your article that suggests instruments shouldnt be used in Church worship. Well thought out, and helpful for what I was looking into. This passed Sunday I mentioned in my message that there were know apostles or prophets today. I said, "John was the last living apostle and prophet" I have always preached that to be an apostle one must be an "eyewitness of the resurrection" what is your comments on this.

Confused - Are you teaching we can lose our salvation?
As was implied by John, knowing that we have eternal life is closely related to our continued belief in Jesus (I John 5:13); therefore, it is critical that we establish a firm basis for justifying assurance in our own salvation; otherwise, we may truly lose that which we fear to have already lost.(Q...
