Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. (Colossians 4:5-6)

Speak to others in the same way that you would like to be spoken (Matthew 7:12).

Humility is a virtue (I Peter 5:5).

Examine yourself first (Matthew 7:1-6).

"Pride goeth before destruction..." (Proverbs 16:18)

"Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall." (I Corinthians 10:12)

If someone jumps all over you, pour "heaping coals of fire on their head" (Romans 12:16-21 - Read the verse, or you might get the wrong idea )
