In Old Testament prophecy, it talks about Israel being restored, such as in Ezekiel 37:11-14. My question is, does that mean the church being established,and therefore being the "New Israel" or is it talking about the Jewish people becoming Christians and Israel being re-established?

My confusion comes to me because I always took in that "New Jerusalem" in Revelation is the church. But I don't really know. Please shed some light on this.
